Therapy and Coaching
As a Movement Therapist and Coach, I will help you understand your body and the movement patterns of the body, to improve your joint ranges, mobility, stability and strength. This can assist in improving pain, limiting injury and helping you perform better in daily or sporting activities.
We will focus on improving movement patterns, working on areas that may be causing you restrictions, where mobility, stability and strength can be improved, giving you a better foundation, balance and allowing you to move better and more efficiently. I also enjoy making movements fun for clients and focusing on self-awareness of your body.
